How soon do I order?
Some brides book over a year in advance. Most book 6 to 12 months in advance, especially for our busy periods - end of June, July, August, September and Christmas. However short notice bookings of less than 3 months may be possible, please contact us to check.

In order to maintain the highest standards we limit the number of wedding cake orders we accept during a given week. Bookings therefore are by deposit on a first come first served basis. A cake is only deemed booked once a deposit has been received. (We must stress that simply enquiring about a date, visiting our showroom or the taking of your details is not a booking. The only way to ensure a booking is by deposit.) Click here to check availability

Can I get a combination or cake fillings?
It depends on the the particular cake design you are interested in. Most cakes can be any combination of Rich Fruit, Vanilla Madeira, Chocolate Madeira or Chocolate Biscuit.

Some cakes are complicated and are decorated over several days or need to be ready well in advance of the wedding. Such cakes are only available in a Rich Fruit Base.

Do you deliver?
We are based Spiddal and delivery is available for a fee of EUR30.00 to any hotel in Galway City . For weddings outside Galway City, we are happy to make your cake as long as you can arrange your own delivery or collection.

Do you have a brochure you could send me?
Our web site is our brochure and new wedding cake designs are constantly being added. However if you live locally why not make an appointment to come and view our full colour wedding cake catalogue with over 100 wedding cakes (and growing) we also have a range of wedding cakes on display.

How long will my cake keep after the wedding?
If a tier is on its own board and has not been cut:
Madeira & Chocolate Madeira 3 - 5 days
Fruit - up to 3 months.

However if a cake has been cut then we advise you to eat it quite quickly.  Fruit cake can have a layer of greaseproof
followed by a layer of foil to seal the cut edge and be placed back in the box, but we don't recommend more than a couple of weeks, Chocolate and Sponge go stale very
quickly when cut.  They could however be frozen for up to 6 weeks.

(Stacked cakes don't keep as long as the icing is disturbed
when tiers are removed and air is introduced into the cake).

Wedding cake prices
All wedding cakes are individually designed which means it is impossible for us to set exact prices. However we do have a wedding cake price guide and many of our designs fall into this price range.
